Absolutely delicious gyros! The ingredients were fresh, full of flavour, and the portion size was great. It’s a takeaway-only place, so we grabbed our food and enjoyed it by the Bray seafront, which made the experience even better. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Ordered for collection, was ready even few mins before the estimated time which was great, I got there early to pick up.

I don’t understand why some people in the reviews give only excellent words about their experience but in the end they only give you 4/5 stars.

Travelled yesterday 45 mins from South Dublin to a place in Dublin for a gyros, even though it sayd online they were open, we got so dissatisfied as the place was closed, on a Thursday 6pm? Crazy!!

Tried gyros in other places in the city center - good but today we’ve had one mix gyros each with no fries but extra pork meat. No words needed. Absolutely brilliant food and overall experience.

Their place was so clean, we got home with our blue bag (traditional blue of the Greece - Santorini like), and the packaging was so nice, so organised and the taste was unbelievable. I hope you don’t change anything in your quantities and recipes, nor the prices, all was so good.

A bit pricey to be honest for the gyros with extra meat, no chips, about 15-16 euros but definitely worth it. All the ingredients were so fresh, lovely meat inside and their tzatziki was amazing.

If they work more for some clients discounts or promotions to be more attractive I’d bet they can get 50% more clients everyday. Also get more active guys on TikTok, instagram, it does help a lot.

Actually, I couldn’t find you until I went to my pharmacy in Bray today and because it was traffic that’s how I got to see your restaurant.

One suggestion, once a week, you can do Free Friday for example, 1+1 free
Or pay for one gyros get one full meal special Monday offer

Great, would definitely recommend and cannot wait to come back.

This place is an absolute joke.

We ordered food for delivery, and somehow it was supposedly "delivered" to a random apartment building. The driver claimed they had left it outside, but after checking everywhere around the area, there was no sign of the food.

When we called the restaurant hoping they would help resolve the issue, they simply told us it wasn't their problem and that we had to contact Just Eat because it was the driver's fault. They had absolutely no interest in helping or even discussing the situation, and basically told us to forget about the food.

Now we're left chasing another company for a refund because our order was delivered to who knows where. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and a complete mess from start to finish. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

In response to the owner's reply: First of all, your reply is simply not true. Your website doesn't even offer delivery ordering, so telling me I should have ordered through your website is completely irrelevant. Secondly, you never once offered to remake the food. Had you done so, we would have accepted immediately. Instead, all we heard was that it wasn't your problem and that we had to deal with Just Eat ourselves.
The order was placed with your restaurant. You prepared the food, and you chose to use Just Eat for your deliveries. Your customers shouldn't be expected to chase a third party because your chosen delivery service failed. That's your responsibility to help resolve, not ours.
What's even more disappointing is that instead of apologising, you've tried to shift the blame onto the customer and make it sound as though this was somehow our fault. That speaks volumes about your attitude towards customer service.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering delivery from here to think twice. If everything goes perfectly, you'll probably be fine. But if something goes wrong, don't expect the restaurant to take any responsibility or help you—they'll simply pass you on to someone else and leave you to deal with the mess yourself. That's not how customers should be treated.

Response from the owner

First of all, this place is ranked one of the best in Bray as you can see the reviews everywhere. I was trying to explain you the situation which you wasn’t even listening to me, you’re order was delivered in wrong location which you are right and we offered you a full refund or to remake the food , and you just needed to contact JustEat as you ordered from them , so you did not paid us but them and we don’t have any control over this , i was trying to explain to you that we don’t have our riders, they are Just Eat riders. If you did ordered from our Website you could get the solution straight away. Thanks for the review anyway.
